Our training services are mainly aimed at worker representatives who are members of a European Works Council, SE Works Council or Special Negotiating Body. We can provide this training “on-site”, on any location chosen by the company, or “full service”, providing the pedagogical input but also taking care of accommodation, technical support, interpreters and all other practical aspects.
In the course of the years we have worked with companies such as Air France KLM, Pfizer, Club Med, Exxon Mobil, Generali, Carlson Wagonlit, Lhoist, Alcatel Lucent, Galeries Lafayette, SAP, Barry Callebaut and dozens more.
These courses for company groups include all members, regardless of their national or trade union background. If desired, we can also train mixed groups, with both employee and employer representatives.
Further, we also organise “open seminars”, at which individual representatives from different companies and sectors can participate. These include training on the basics of EWC practice, advanced training for more experienced EWC members, topical seminars in sectoral groups and specialised courses for board level employee representatives.
The language courses are open to all worker representatives who want to improve their communication skills, either in group with the entire EWC or individually at one of the “open seminars” or using our on line learning programme. Thanks to a thorough pre-screening and the professional guidance of our language trainers anyone with lower to intermediate or even upper level will benefit from these courses.
